On demand and you don't have to rely on tiny window sized avatars either.

Don't worrie about taking it off topic. As for getting on the bone marrow register it couldn't be more easy if you give blood. Fill in a form and they take an extra vile of blood and jobs done. If you are a match it's a series of injections to harvest the marrow cells then a few weeks later plug you in with one arm and retrun it via the other put the blood through a machine and it removes what is needed and job done. If you give blood next time ask to join the register. May never be called upon but one day might save someones life!

Never thought it would go so off topic and take away what he did ......

Plus i wouldn't exactly call the avatars PORN just a change from the usual run of the mill AV's that you get ..... they are only for a bit of FUN ...... FFS.... Rolling Eyes

i think the "bone marrow" is now harvested direct from the blood as stem cells now using centrifuge technology by a company called Caridian rather than the old way of pushing a huge needle into your pelvic bone and sucking it out into syringe. Banished back to RRS for the moment !!!

They still check mine through my hip bone. It's called a bone marrow expiration and hurts quite a bit. Most people have it done under general but I'm 'ard and have it done under local Whistle They can't anaesthatise bone though so it's an interesting experience when the drill penetrates your pelvis Big Cry
