I need to replace the control arms on the car i'm thinking of buying, has anyone had any experience of these ones?

I can’t comment on the quality of these parts but I bought a cheap set from elsewhere previously and then had to buy again. My more recent purchase for the replacement FF was for a set from Advanced Factors, a sponsor on this forum and no affiliation save for a happy customer, whom I should have used first and second time round!! Always great to deal with and I’ve never had a problem.

I’d pay a little more for long term benefits.

Cheers

I had Meyle arms fitted by a specialist but they needed replacing within 12 months and 8k miles - bush was worn severely. Went to OEM from Land Rover (via another specialist) and the difference in the quality of the rubber bush was severe. It drives like new. Completely different feel to the driving 1995 4.6 v8, green/tan (long gone)

Always remember to tighten the bolts when the car is on the ground and not on the jack / lift. If it isn’t then the bushes will twist once the weight is put on them and fail very quickly. However, some bushes are just rubbish!
