GAP diagnostics codes...anything to worry about?

I have two...but haven't actually noticed any issues at all!?

Second one I get that it very similar and never had any issues so could just be phantom cores if having no issues I wouldn't worry too much. Current 2007 TDV8 Vogue Buckingham Blue

I've had the first one ,the fan control for about 5 yrs on my car and no problems or over heating,strange thing is i had to have a new air con condenser rad fitted a cpl of months ago and the fan control fault code has now gone. Probably nothing to concern yourself about. 2009 Vogue SE Zermatt silver
