supercharger on a 4.4

found this thought it was intresting....mind you if you want a supercharged range it would be easier to just buy one...

Yup seen it, VF is spot on.

The Rangie is no quick car tho.... Problem with the new supercharged engine is it's the Jag/Ford lump. I've owned it before and lovely motor, but problems are rife on them.

I did think about this, but then is putting the 4.8 Litre BMW engine in easier? Not as much power tho... Used to have:

Now have:
2008 SSRR 3.6 TDV8 - HSE and plenty of toys

From what I've read, the best way to increase power would be boring and stroking the BMW engine to 5.2L. That would give approximately 400-420BHP depending if you change the exhausts too. Then, maybe a supercharger on top!

I've seen somewhere a 600+ HP 740iL, so the results would be the same on the RR. (although, this would be cost prohibitive I guess...) 2000 BMW M5, Avus Blue/LeMans Leather Interior
