Australia 2012 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Bournville
latest s/w versions for instrument pack and park brake

The park brake module on my MY12 occasionally produces fault when water gets into the electrical connection, presumably because the plug wasn't properly fitted when I replaced the cable as part of an e-diff retrofit. I'll check the connection when the mud clears-up but in the meantime if the vehicle is switched off with the fault icon still showing then the instrument cluster is kept alive which flattens the battery overnight.

My Gap tool is showing that both the instrument cluster and park brake module are not at the latest level but the report shows NONE as the latest version for both which suggests a fault in producing the report, similar to the ABS module which is also reported as not at the latest level but has been confirmed by GAP that it is. For GAP to check the s/w versions I would have to prepay for 2 updates which would then have to be refunded if the reporting is erroneous so knowing that later versions indeed exist would be appreciated.

For the instrument pack:
Calibration (F126) AH42-14C088-XH11 -> None
Signal (F108) AH42-14C318-AD -> None

For the park brake module:
Strategy (F188) AH42-14C168-AE -> None

Might someone whose vehicle is considered up to date compare my versions with theirs?

Thanks,
Graeme

Thanks.
I need to pursue this as the fault again kept the cluster alight but fortunately I spotted my battery voltage indicator getting very low late at night so connected the charger for the night. I had a go at removing the connector but failed to move it even though I managed to get the retaining clip undone. Hence until I can remove and seal the connector, an instrument cluster that doesn't stay awake unnecessarily would be a good work-around.
