It’s possible, because just like the London ULEZ, it’s nothing to do with CO2 emissions. Your RR isn’t exempt, either, because diesels need to meet Euro 6 standards and no diesel L322 does. |

Just checked mine and its exempt (4.4 sdv8) but my missus's 2014 2.2 evoque would have to pay Paul

It's very confusing because there are 4 classes of clean air zone and cities can choose which one they apply.

According to there website I’m exempt when I put my reg in though 2012 Range Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8 2006 Discovery 3 HSE 260k miles and still going strong with a new owner |
