VIN code.

Is the VIN code stamped anywhere on a 2006 FFRR apart from on the plate inside the screen, I just want to check numbers on one I'm viewing.

on a plate under the bonnet and ,i think, under the carpet drivers side.. ... - .- -.

if you PM me the VIN number i can check it against the land rover system and let you know the model/colour/options the car should have

Thanks, if I get it I'll take you up on that

At the moment, I just want to check the stamped numbers match with those on the screen.

I may be a bit paranoid, but a good few years ago I had a Cosworth Sierra

and didn't check until it was too late

VIN in 2010MY "may also" be (that's a quote from my Owners Manual!) in the following locations, I don't know if it is the same for all MY's
Service record book
Bonnet locking platform
On the suspension tower (It dosn't say which one though, it might be all of them!)
On the door shut faces 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes
