Hi All,

After 5 months of trouble free motoring (2006 3.6 TDV8 Vogue) I had the engine system fault pop up with limited performance.
Turned out the top right hand intercooler hose had a split in it.

I replaced it and all was good for a week or so (Very few miles driven).
I was on my way home this morning and it popped up again. Checked the hose and its seated correctly and not split again so i'm unsure why it's done it again.

My cheapy little code reader displayed this:

Barometric Pressure - Turbocharger/supercharger boost correlation sensor B.

Me not knowing anything about turbos/boost, has anyone has this before?

(I tried to clear the code but it did not clear)

if that hose went it might be that another is on the way out.. ... - .- -.

I'll go and check the others later.

If your getting black smoke it might be the inlet manifold check for cracks normally along the top seam. Hope it helps.
