Hi all, mine has clear glass and while I like it, tinted is better for the kids and dogs.

I’m not a fan of tint film and it’s never as perfect so the options are: swap for tinted or custom made sun blind inserts.

Anyone interested in a swap? We’d need to meet with a glass guy 1995 4.6 v8, green/tan (long gone)

I’d so get custom shades first mate, every day of the week. Bought some when I had my TD6 and they were brill.

£90 at the min. Well worth it and you can remove them or just do single windows etc....

It’s definitely worth doing before you go the whole hog.....

Plus you can open the windows and have air come in, and still have shade.

I bought these for the wife's Leon and whilst the blinds are custom made and are perfect in that respect, the clips seem generic. They may fit better in the RR but I never got to a point where I was totally happy with the ones in the Leon. Also the rear window isn't made as a a single blind, it sure if that'll be the same for the RR.

Way cheaper than replacing your glass though for sure

They fitted nice and tight when I had my TD6, never needed the clips.

I’ve got car shades in my TDV8 all around the rear and they fit perfectly.

I have these shades. they are very good. no issues with fit as they just fit in place with no clips

I have some carshades I've used for years... I would recommend them

I had Carshades in my D3 and they are very good. Just don't drive with a window open... 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate
