"Petrolprices Pro" is also another handy one (if you are buying it, it may as well be the cheapest in your area!)

A free (but less accurate and comprehensive) alternative is "My Gas".

Anybody had any good and/or bad experiences of any of the various speed camera apps? My Road Angel has just given up the ghost! -----------------------------------------------

Thanks Mick, have just downloaded it.
Just a word of advice to anybody else - if you normally use a wireless connection to your router, it is a huge file (249mbs) so if you can connect by wire it will download faster. I downloaded it first for my iphone using the wireless connection and it took 25 minutes.......... 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Nav Music is a great music app if you use your iPhone to play music in the FFRR Thumbs Up

Shameless plug as I wrote it - I was fed up trying to select what to listen to using the bundled iPod music app

I find it best to check some of the NavFree routes against a papermap, as it often routes through a town, rather than around it; for example if your destination is on the ring road and your are approaching from the other side.

Still the best navigation app I have found though.

I gave the Navfree app a test yesterday......................... asked it to route me to the next village 5 miles away................... at my road end where the lane joins the main road it told me to go right instead of left, took me 2 miles in the wrong direction, took a 180 degree run around a non-existant round-about and then back to the village I live in, then to the next village west. Now the road isn't a small country lane it's a major A road so my confidence in Navfree is a bit busted, at least I didn't actually drive the route - I'll stick with the LR Nav in the FFRR and the roadmap/ google directions and MemoryMap Navigator in the Defender for the time being. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes
