I think it is just 'Luck of the draw' to me it's a cracking car and at a very good price, it's also the middle of summer, people are thinking about holidays etc, I am sure it will be sold quite soon.

As Stan said 'just give it time. Don't think you will have to wait too long.

yes

there were not many houses we would have changed for but that was one, seemed to have a nice flow of the rooms from memory with a great hall/landing

we thought the footpath opp would be good for a dog walk over the field but always remember taking swmbo on it, it was soooooo overgrown she was not happy hope its more used these days or may not

The footpath does get used a lot but it’s only cut back a couple of times a year so can be well overgrown
