Interesting post if you have a dark coloured car on order

This post has just been put up on babyRR.com regarding the supply of dark paint pigment form Japan and the option to spec different colours - All the colours are the black/ dark ones/ colours with black fleck in them. I have no idea of the truth of this post but here it is

not surprising - other sectors of the motor trade are starting to see the results of the japanese earthquake

also electronics are being effected - i'm told (unverified) that Panasonic/Sony/Mitsubishi etc are all experiencing component delays/unavailability

I heard that Russia has received a large batch of higher then normal radioactive cars from Japan

Nick,

Very true. Sony are even considering shutting down some operations for 2 week due to power shortage, as well as parts shortage.
