Hev 400e - uneven idle and jerky acceleration in petrol mode

Hi all!
I have addressed this issue previously, but now again uneven idle and jerky acceleration in petrol mode has occurred after several months with merely EV mode driving. Due to covid restrictions , I have mainly been driving in EV mode the last year. Yesterday I had a 30 minute drive in motorway speed. Now again , precisely as last summer, the idle was uneven and acceleration was jerky. Even after full charge , the car started in petrol mode and idle was very uneven. The dealer has checked the car twice , but no fault codes and nothing wrong.
I would assume that intermittent problems in fuel delivery could be the cause, fuelfilter ? fuel pump issue ? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Do you use E10 petrol? There are reports if it breaking down over time and clogging fuel pumps and filters. It is also hygroscopic so could have taken in a lot of moisture. 2012 tdv8 Westminster arrived Jan 19 gone Dec 23

I always use Shell V-Power Nitro+ unleaded fuel which should not contain ethanol.

Took the car to the dealers today. Hardly got there , but at the dealers yard the idle was smooth. The dealer suggested a thorough check if the problem should return, which it did on my way home. Problem persisted on may return to the dealer , in addition the engine fault light came on. The dealer now realised how serious the problem is and took the car in for check.

Update ! Apparently the fault is caused by camshaft Adjuster Solenoid/Oil Control Valve failure. The dealer had the same fault in an identical car two weeks ago. Waiting for spare parts, temporarily fixed.

I had the uneven idle in 2020 and a software update fixed that. They said that, while charging, it is normal that the idle is different from the non-charging idle...
I would be interested to find out how this is solved, as I still get uneven idle and jerky acceleration every now and then... I thought it was normal because of the electric/petrol engine living (and fighting) together...
