Granted, it was 35 degrees today but, sitting in the car waiting for the other half to stop talking to neighbours I noticed my side (drivers) AC was ever so slightly warmer, or not so chilled as the passenger side AC. It wasn't 'crisp' But is fine once on the move - no faults on the GAP tool.

I know all too well how blend motors (P38 horrors) can create a heaven & hell experience for occupants.

I thought dual zone referred to front and rear and not left v right?

I notice I get more air out of either left or right vents when I change the cabin filter. Not a huge difference but just enough to notice.

oh, I am not sure. Split zone perhaps?
