So i sold my old 03 TD6 Vogue a week ago, the guy phones me tonight saying he don't want it because he can't get "day" insurance for it. Wife and i have both tried and nobody will insure short term. When i bought it i used day insurance myself too collect it from Essex, had to try a few as some wouldn't quote for it.
Anybody know a short term insurer who would cover it please?

I think this has been asked before, and the answer was a No. They will if you only want to insure a Polo for the day, but not a Rangie.

If he buys it, can he not ring up and get a years cover... to go home with, or is he wanting to drive before he buys? Which is not unreasonable.... just that he needs insurance.....
