Just FYI you can't sandblast them without stripping them fully down first, you would get the blast media stuck everywhere.. Pete

Greases to use are in links below, one for the caliper pistons and sliders ( Protects rubber seals ) and the other for the pads, also clean everything up well and use highly evaporative brake cleaner before applying said greases. You can buy them in smaller quantities rather than these tubs shown as examples.

Behind seals copperslip will be fine as a short term measure, just remember to thoroughly clean inside the apertures for the pins before re-fitting, after cleaning I usually direct a blast of aerosol brake cleaner into said holes and let them dry prior to re-greasing. |

Think you have Brembo fronts, they don't have sliders, or are you talking about the pad retaining pins..??
