This was the early warning sign but still perfectly driveable

Thanks for the photo. It does make me wonder if the replacement donut hoses are to stiff and causes the crack though. Cheers Kev.

I highly doubt it Kevin as they are still flexible and slip over the pipe work easily.
I've a friend who works in a land rover indie and said there's a fair few now coming in for it doing just a case of the plastic seams breaking down.

Replaced the final stage resistor today as the front heater fan had stopped working swapped over and back to normal service

[quote="northernmonkeyjones"]I’m assuming it’s a 4.4 diesel.

Unless the rear shocks are completely Censored oil out then the “they all do that sir” actually holds true. A light listing of oil is pretty normal. The Adaptive dynamics shocks are quite pricey.

I wish that I had known that earlier. I was told that mine were misting last MOT so I naturally got them changed. Yes they are pricey for a shock absorber. The Best 4x4 by far, so long as you have deep pockets.

My rears are damp and probably an MOT fail but there is no sensation the rear is under damped at all and it feels very tight and planted with no back end wallowing. If I keep it as long as the next MOT I might just wipe them down. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)
