Judder when steering at speed

Hi all,

If I take a corner a bit faster than I should I get the feeling almonds like going over a cattle grid until it slows down or we straighten up?

Any ideas? I have 22s if that’s the issue?

I also here a chirping while driving or squeezing when the window is down I hear from the front wheel/s when you turn left it disappears until you straighten or turn right.

Any ideas? Current stable:
2006 BMW M6
2007 4.2 V8 S/C FF
Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF

I had a major speed wobble on an old td6. Was a brake caliper, aside from the obvious- balanced wheels, any bulges on the sidewall etc. I couldn't believe how undriveable a caliper made the car at speed, it was almost trying to shake to pieces. Any wheels hot after a drive?

I second Mr Tee's comments, also check steering bushes and or look for any evident damage underneath the car At least rule those out.

No damage underneath was I’d have spotted recently on ramp didn’t check bushes but were all only done 18montjs ago not sure how long they last - as I say it’s only fast cornering it’s an issue straight line it’s perfect Current stable:
