Hi,
I am looking for any recommendations for where to get my gearbox serviced and power flushed. I live not far from the south Lincolnshire / North Cambridgeshire / West Norfolk borders so somewhere within a sensible drive please.

And can someone give a rough what to expect cost for this? Just so I can plan and budget for the work.

I’d probably also get the transfer boxes oil changed as well…but happy to take advice on this.

The car has covered 115k and apparently has had gearbox oil changed, but I don’t know if the correct oil was used, if it was done properly… or even if it was done at all!

Gear changes aren’t as smooth as they should be and want to hopefully nip a problem in the bud. Currently driving: 2012 L322 SE Overfinch 4.4 tdv8

Joe Hodgson at JAS Landrover did my 2011 tdv8 a few years ago, not south lincs but not too far. One of the few people I would trust to work on my car and well worth the trip
