Add a proper gearbox Megaflush to the list. LR say sealed for life, ZF say change it.

Usually a few hundred quid but worth every penny. For us down south there are other options e.g. AJ Land Rover nr Alton or Darftord Transmissions and Autocare but obviously you’ll need to travel to them.
