Have you got a 4.4 or 3.6.
On a 4.4 the tensioners have a tendency to wear out and can throw the belts off, which could be the answer.
Swapping the tensioner is a pretty easy job, and definitely spannerable on the drive, but swapping the new belt in will depend on if anything else has been damaged.
If you have a 3.6 then to does sound like something has seized up and chucked the belts, so you need to check the individual pulleys and ancillaries. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
