I only have carpets upstairs, all solid wood floors downstairs Smile

That said, I've swapped out my FF carpets for official LR rubber mats as they're easier to clean Current

....and, why cant you buy single carpet mats for the drivers side only instead of having to buy the whole set... ... - .- -.

The single carpet mat question is one I've thought about on a number of occasions. I bet manufacturers would make more money as you're more likely to buy the one mat you need rather than live with it because of the cost and wastefulness of replacing a full set.

Put rubber mats in the car if you want a more basic look and feel.... or drive in your slippers! MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid

Save the good mats for best. Replace all the downstairs carpet with wood and tiles, then cut up the old carpet into drivers side shapes, and you will have an endless supply of replacement disposable drivers matts. Tbh why bother replacing the flooring in the house, far less important than the matts for the fattie.... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I tend to put rubber mats in everything out of habit, even though a small carpet cleaner would make quick work of mats..

Is it excessive to protect my Land Rover rubber mats with older rubber mats on top? (& perhaps some cardboard also for extra protection!!)
Very Happy
