Everyone has their favourite, myself & others go for Shell Helix AF-L [must have the L] but it's a personal choice.

Funny, Shell helix is what I’ve gone with, that many to choose from these days. In the sixties my dad used to say any oil is better than no oil, he’d have a shock at the amount available these days.
