I ventured out into Conwy this afternoon really to dry off BB after I had just washed it, so decided to find Land Rover Conwy,

The whole site was officially closed, so I parked up next to the used car plot for a wander round.
In the corner, and very dirty was a Loire Blue 4.4 tdV8 L405.
It looked very sad compared to my newly polished L322, particularly as I looked closer and noticed that the N.S front alloy had been badly kerbed
Then a salesman appeared out of a cabin , took one look at B.B. and immediately said, “ It’s brand new, but been parked up a while, but I can offer you a very good discount to move it on”
If anyone is in the market for one it wouldn’t appear to be very difficult to bag a bargain.

How much?

Sorry, I didn’t press him for any further info, I didn’t have a mask with me , so didn’t want to get too close, plus I was more taken by a gleaming 20 reg Vogue SE in Portofino Blue, ( presumably the latest colour to replace Loire Blue ).
I came home and found that one on Autotrader at £71k. ( Used with 19k miles on clock).

I looked on their website but couldn't find it (loire blue).

It’s parked on the back row of the used car area, and at first glance you could easily mistake it for a well used car because it is so dirty, plus the N.S.F. alloy is damaged, but on closer inspection it is definitely new.
Well worth a phone call if you are considering an L405 . I would guess it has been there since last year’s lockdown.

Hi and a plea for help on this.

I have tried calling all 3 branches but none of them admit to having a 4.4 either new or used on site so I was wondering if you had more info that you can let me have?

Happy for a PM or on here as looking for a new 4.4 that is not black! "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" ----is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" -----------is how far you take the fence with you.

Saturday afternoon this weekend I was looking at a used 4.4 tdV8 Vogue SE on the used car plot at Conwy Land Rover when the salesman approached me.
He said they were officially closed, but went on to say he could do a very good deal on the new one which was also parked there.
I came home and looked on Autotrader and found the used one no problem, it is a 20 reg and listed as Portofino blue. at £71k.
The new one was in Loire blue, but I didn’t find that one listed.
I can only suggest you ring Conwy again and ask to speak to the salesman who was working on Saturday.

Just spoken to them again and they say its a Westminster and a D300 not the 4.4

The used one is definitely a Vogue SE 4.4.
