Recently purchased a L405 2013 Range Rover SCV8. This post confirms that the 20” Range Rover Sport OEM wheels fit 🥰 Thanks to @Red Merle for the advice based on his SDV8.

Moved my Falken Wildpeak AT Trail tires over for winter/shoulder season. They are comfy ride, but squirrelly under hard acceleration. 22” summers to go back on at the end of April.

I have a spare set of these wheels and am currently weighing up if I should get some at tyres for them for the winter months (they are currently on Michelin latitude sport tyres) or get some at tyres for my 21s  Paul

Why would you want to fit low profile AT tyres?

They wouldn't be that much lower profile only 1/2" less. Mainly for snow, don't intend any serious offroading  Paul

If you want to use it off road, 1/2” of sidewall will make all of the difference. We’re staying somewhere this week where the only access is a 4 mile trip on forest logging tracks, with a very coarse aggregate surface. I can keep up 20-30 mph, at a push, on 20’s, 21’s really punish the car at those speeds. I know, I’ve tried both sets here.
If it’s snow you want to deal with, choose either size rim and forget AT’s - use snow tyres 👍

I’ve got 2 sets of wheels, 22” Turbines for the summer with 285/40/22 on. My winter set for the shooting season are 20” with Cooper AT3 in 285/50/20. I have also had 3 sets of General AT’s and have still got a set on another vehicle. The Coopers are far quieter and much more refined than the GG.

Given the choice I would get the Coopers. However, they are only available in 20”. Generals are also available in 275/45/21 and 275/40/22 in their AT3’s, which gives another option for larger diameter wheels.

If you just want the tyres for light off road - muddy fields, tracks and snow then even the 22’s in this size with AT’s will be fine. If it’s a bit more extreme with deeper mud and Rocky outcrops you definitely need the 20” otherwise you will suffer from damaged alloys and tyre wall damage.

For light off road use on mud or snow with the correct AT tyres 21” or even 22” are more than adequate and will be more capable than the average owner will ever need. 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17
