Failed Climate Seat Heaters

Hi all
I don't think either of the climate seats get hot in my car. the fans run for a short while and then stop, cooling seems to work fine. From reading other posts on here it sounds like the Peltier heater matrix temperature sensor is broken.
I notice on eBay that there is a supplier in Ukraine who sells repair kits, has anyone got any purchasing experience from these guys or carried out the repair?

Edit - just read the latest posts on the previous post regarding this very subject so please ignore this post Smile 2011 TDV8 4.4 Vogue SE in Galway Green with Black leather

I do not know if this will help but when I activate my heated seats . the fan does come on for a only short period and the heat cycles ever so slowly. I generally turn it to cold first and then to heat. Perhaps it just takes longer to come to heat.
