United States 2014 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Causeway Grey

^^^ seems there is two different manufacturers of these facelift grils....the one where the paint wears off and the one that doesnt.

Mine looks great almost 1 year later. Mine doesn't look like paint...it almost looks reflective...like a machined aluminum look (looks really bright when light is facing it). It also feels like it has a protective coating... like a clear coat of some sort. 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC

thats the only reason i think Rob...i have used this particular car shampoo before with no ill effects ...

Scotland 2014 Range Rover Vogue SDV6 Santorini Black

So which one is the one to buy that people know hasn’t started to degrade within a year?

Also, if the car is metallic black (santorini) would the fact the grille surround is gloss black be noticeable?

gloss black matches the black in the headlights IMO....so it flows.

@Ryan, i bought mine in august 2019 from a company called 'LR trade parts uk' so imagine the ones on the market now are probably from a different manufacture.. .. ... - .- -.

United Kingdom 2017 Range Rover SVAutobiography SDV8 Corris Grey

The black and chrome grill looks fabulous with the Santorini Black body work. The gloss black on the grill flows into the lights etc.

Happy to post a photo if you want?
