So, dealer scheduled a visit for next week, looks like it's a IPC (Instrument Panel Cluster?) software update, which requires 2 hours...

Campaign applied today, took indeed 2 hours.
Things they say they did: instrument panel update, headlights software update.

P.S. Also asked about my steering wheel, which worked in 1 seconds steps from day one - they calibrated it and now automatic operation works too for the first time!

Oh, scratch that, my climate works correctly again! A previous update killed the heat and now the IPC update fixed it! I found out that IPC means Integrated Control Panel, is installed in the center of the instrument panel and commands the operation of the climate control system.
