Don't know how I missed this thread!!! Really glad you got it sorted Craig - back to being the fantastic car it always was. Interesting about the mudflaps. They do serve a purpose, but agree its at an aesthetic cost. Was surprised that my new one didn't have any and when I looked on the LR accessory sale they all say "not suitable for the SVA bodykit" - so looks like I'll be staying flap free myself! Must book myself in with you soon, I fancy one of those LR dashcam systems. Hope Lorna continues to enjoy it. Mike - MPx

Thanks Mike, yes she’s all back to fighting weight! FYI it had jumped 3 teeth! So was potentially one or two away from complete destruction! Yes get onto Lorna to book you in, those camera kits are flipping awesome! And incredibly discreet 👍

A quick pic for all you 322 owners with a damaged bonnet panel! Whilst I was having paint done I decided to have an old knackered bonnet panel painted the colors of the side vents... This way they match the car and give it a cleaner look 👍

Thank you sir 🙏 Simply replace the two front panels, I think last time I purchased them they were about £40-£50 a side! As the plastic not only gets drilled but also gets deformed when the bolts are tightened... 👍 My rear bumper being a design pack uses mud flaps that don’t need bolting through! So happy days and one of the deciding factors for removing the mud flaps! If the bumper was drilled I would have left it with mud flaps F&R for sure... |

Yes thanks Craig. The new car is completely awesome - love it. Still got two minor issues that the dealer is aware of and says will sort for me - but when is another matter. And you were dead right about the soft paint. I've shown it a bucket of water three times and found several new scratches each time - and that's before I take it around the hedgerow lanes.
