Ceramic glowplugs ?

Ive just bought 8 new glowplugs for my tdv8 4.4, they just look like any other glowplug ive seen so im assuming theyre steel, however ive just read online that the 4.4 got ceramic glow plugs, if this is the case am i better leaving the originals in ? Or return the new steel ones and order ceramic from the dealer ?

£45 plus vat each though !

Managed to get bosch ceramic at £18 plus vat each.
