Hi everyone,
Did anyone sort this? I seem to have the same problem.
I pulled two error codes - P0483-37 fan performance + P0528-00 fan speed sensor - no signal. The fan blows at a high speed.
I have read that when there is no signal from the fan speed sensor, the fan starts blowing at its maximum speed to prevent possible overheat. It throws a RED restricted performance and happens only when the engine is hot, needs extra cooling and the ECU probably sends a signal to activate the fan and encounters a problem.

I’ve sorted this by replacing the EGR Temperature Sensor (P040D-00). Aparently this sensor is conected to the fan and cooling system.
