Hi everyone,
as mentioned in the title. I am looking for a good indy for my FFRR in NW Leicestershire.

I have used BR Cartronics in the past and been happy, but recent staff changes there due to pandemic resulted in a very negative experience last time, and the owner didn't make things any better in fact made it much worse. So I tried Swinfield Cooper, but they have no loan car and it took me a round trip of 4.5 hours to drop my car off and get home this morning, and I then have to do the same trip to pick it up later. This is not something I want to do again.

I am a few miles south of Loughborough and looking for something closer, ideally with loan cars.

On Google Maps (type in Land Rover at the map area on screen) a company called J Hill in Ruddington comes up aswell as Infield

Next time I need a LR specialist, it looks like I am reasonable well serviced within 20 miles, but with that kind of distance to these garages, Leicester might still be the best option unless one of these indys has a loan car.

Or, I will just have to factor in 2x taxi rides to the service cost.

There's a good mobile specialist called KG Engineering i highly recommend. He has recently carried out some repairs on my v8sc and did a fantastic job

Hi I know you said you wanted something closer however I use fox Landrover for both mt l322 and my d4 they are based nr north kilworth and bill who runs the place has curtesy cars from Loughborough drop down to junc 20 and then to kilworth should take you no more than 40 mins

Thanks guys. Kilworth would be a stretch. I have Swinfield Cooper in Leicester who i know and trust. They are just 10 miles or so. But was looking for something closer than that.

I’ve used Infield for a bit of programming on the D4, seemed to know their stuff, was a while back so should in theory know more by now....

Located between Coalville and Ashby but tucked away and you need to hunt for it in the village. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
