Re-routing of fuel pipe

https://www.fullfatrr.com/gallery/albums/u...dour~0.pdf

I had this LTB carried out by my local Indy a few weeks ago and there has been a marked improvement on petrol fumes entering the cabin.

But I’m convinced there is still room for improvement. Whilst I rarely work on my own vehicles these days I’m not so old and decrepit that I won’t give things a go.

Has anybody who has carried out this mod tried extending the pipe further than the part LR supply, so that the vapour can exit further away from it’s ‘new’ point.

It looks fairly straight forward, new piece of pipe and look for a safe and secure route to extend it.

Or am I barking up the wrong tree?
