2013 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Nara Bronze

When is service due ?

Hi .... forgive as I'm sure this is well covered but I'm currently appraising for potentially buying a 2013 L405 with very low mileage & I'm searching for where it tells you when the next service is due ... ?? On that subject whilst typing I think I've covered most "to look at" things but if anyone has suggestions I'd welcome them ? Tia ..

there are service sheets in the wiki which will tell you what miles/months the services are due and what needs doing.. ... - .- -.

Unless there is some very good evidence of a major service having just been done I would budget for any 8 year old car as needing a change of all fluids ASAP after buying it regardless of mileage just for peace of mind.

Ah ... misunderstanding ..... I mean how does the car tell you when the next service is due ... ie ... in the computer... or does it ??

I think it depends how it’s driven & mileage done as to when it comes up.
Usually gives you a couple of K miles notice.

Well .... update .... I think I've now tried every menu that exists and I can't see anything that tells me when the next service is due ... there is certainly nothing in the "service" menu that's for sure !

2019 Range Rover Vogue 2.0 PHEV Santorini Black

I was surprised to see the message "service required in 1000 km" a few weeks ago... The mileage was not more than 10000 km and less than a year passed since the previous (April - February)... So when service required NOW came up, I went to the dealer and he said that the car decides when it's due... And it's a PHEV... Really hard to understand... And expensive too... Almost 8 liters of oil in a 2 liter engine?!
