It came as a complete unit from one of our fellow FFRR gang. Have a look in the 'group buy' section. Not sure if he still does them. |

Here's the adaptor I designed for mine. The machine shop that I had fabricate it now sells them, all drilled to fit straight on a Mercedes Sprinter jack, and I think they even include a rollpin.
