Ahh, OK thanks Stan. I'll spend a while working out how to route the wires for my old Nextbase then... Mike - MPx

BMW offer it now and I think it's on the new S class, it's surprising that more manufacturers haven't done it and sooner, as the technology has been there for years. It's so much neater, I sometimes think about a dash cam, but it would have to be a manufacturer approved/installed bit of kit and not noticeable from the drivers seat.

Oh gosh yes. I 'knew' this one guy on a forum who just kept on posting videos and got a whole YouTube channel going. Its weird why he comes across so many of them. It is like he just goes looking for them and create scenarios. And often in the videos there is nothing even wrong with them.

You may be interested in the dashcam I fitted to my old L320. The cameras are tiny and can be hidden very discretely. https://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic54776.html I need to get around to installing it into the L405 at some point as it's currently gathering dust in my shed! That's a very neat solution. The chances of me fitting something like that are zero, just the pictures of the trim being removed had me in a sweat! MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid MY19 SDV8 Autobiography - Sold |
