Another weekend working on the car, rear de-badging done and I finally got the glue residue off the wing mirrors thanks for all the suggestions, if anyone else is struggling then Multisolve was the answer at £5.99 a can and a plastic scraper.

This week I got a nice little parcel from powerfuluk this time with a new reversing camera and gas struts for the boot and bonnet. Fitted them over the weekend and what a change. No more collapsing bonnet being propped up with wood and even though I didn’t think I needed the boot ones - it turns out I certainly did, no more slamming boot lid when closed.

Can't see the camera on Powerfuls web shop, what was the cost, looks so much clearer. 2009 Range Rover Vogue 3.6TDV8, Bournville, Parchment/Navy

Honestly it’s even better in person. Really recommend it.

DrRob is spot on, as long as you do not keep a record on what you have spent on upgrades / shiny bits etc, plus all the endless hours on the web looking for bits and advice, I just say it's my hobby |

today was an exciting day, I have finally fitted some new wheels, I went for age appropriate supercharged in the end, I think they have come up trumps.
