Remote heat / timed climate

Hi all
I have this fitted to my car and have the remote. Over the last few days I’ve tried using the remote (flashed green on fob) but did not do anything and also the timed climate from the menu in the car. Neither has worked. The car had been driving durning the last few days so don’t think it was due to a low battery. Anyone got any suggestions.
Thanks

Can you hear the fuel burner start and then continue to run ? Did you give the button a long press and did it flash green for approx 15 secs before extinguishing ?

Do you have over a quarter of a tank of fuel ? I am not sure what level it cuts out but if low on fuel the remote heater will not start. 2013 L405 AB 4.4SDV8 Luxor/Ivory, 2007 Vogue TDV8 Epson Green/Sand, 2008 Vogue TDV8 Buckingham Blue/Sand, 2003 Vogue 4.4 LPG Epsom Green/Sage, 1998 Vogue SE 4.6 LPG Epsom Green/Cream

Does your hazard warning lamp switch illuminate and your "auto" climate button start to flash some 5-10 seconds after you press your remote? Because that's how mine works...

The 405 uses a different type of heater to a 322, i think its called an eberspacher?

There are a few things that will stop the heater working, low battery or low fuel being two of them, also note the heater can only be used once between engine starts.
The flashing of the led in the fob indicates the message is received by the vehicle, so there is a fault which is stopping the FFBH firing up
Ideally you need to get the fault codes read which should indicate where to look.
