black dog - good point. There is a HN performance in Blackburn run by the aforesaid gentleman with some genuine looking cars for sale. Maybe a quick call in order? |

Looking at Hn performance and the ebay version it wouldn't surprise me if the scammers are working under hn performance name. Seemed very odd why would a legit company thats clearly doing pretty well run under a few dodgy emails and very little information given where as their site it's pretty well presented. They only had 10 feedback so that would throw a few questions from the start as its easy to get a few mates too boost your feedback up. That's the only thing I can think off that it was scammers using a legit name.

I actually contact the company, as it is a legit company. They are aware now and reported it to Ebay as having had their account hacked. |

I'm 99% certain the pictures of the car that were being used were in the car park for CarsWithNoReserveReading, I vaguely remember seeing this car on their eBay listings a while back.

There's lots of these fraudulent adverts on Ebay, for boats, cars, you name it. The first picture something very tempting like a 1970's Fast Ford at 1/4 price. The second picture is always some text asking you to email an MSN email account or similar.
