Update - As it was bugging me, I nipped out at lunch time and did this fix - took about 45 minutes but that included me having to fish for the black wire after I had cut it but before I had chance to connect it up again..!

Got here after suffering from "Fuel Empty" message and guage dropped to empty (I only filled her up last week). First thing came to my mind was a stuck float so stopped at the garage to fill her up.. still no luck.

1- do I need to wait until the fuel level is less than half or quarter?

Does anyone have the Bulletin LTB00566v6 in English? I can download the German one but the Disco link to the English one isn't working.

OK, had a go at it today.. took just over 2 hours as I took the pump out and soldered instead of crimps (as per Mike's advice) finishing it nicely on the work bench.

Doesn't need to as long as you can identify which side needs done.. my view was I'm there.. May as well do both to avoid any issues Current:
