Hi
Started to get water ingress into the spare wheel well had the car 7 years first time seen this. dried it out yesterday had a look this morning rain all night and a small amount nearside on the raised part of the spare wheel well rear. makes me suspect the seal around the tailgates becoming tired any one else seen this problem. I know it was common on P38 model had it on my old one. Any ideas guys.

Tailgate seal is known as are the hinges at the top.

Have a search boot leak, water ingress, tailgate seal sort of things such as this:
