As per my related thread, looks like my 2010 5.0 SC was just a little too early to have the LCD remote.

It came to me with no remote or headphones but appears to have infra red receivers and transmitters so can is probably compatible. I have factory rear screens but there is no dock in the rear seat armrest for a remote control.

So, I’d like to buy one and the headphones. Preferably not too expensive as I don’t know if they’ll work or not. If someone has the dock part out of the armrest, that would be great too.

Or...

If anyone in the north-east would mind lending or even just trying theirs on my system, so I can check if my system is compatible with the remotes that would be great also (mindful of social distancing etc.)

I have this for sale on the Discovery forum. It’s from a 2016 D4 but works on the FFRR and RRS. Not sure if it’s compatible with your system though. It has never been used. Yours for £75 inc. signed for P&P.
