2013 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Luxor

sluggish when cod

Well we all are a bit sluggish when cold but my RR tends to rev higher than normal when setting off in cold weather. I assume this is normal but I thought I'd check if anyone else does it. Geoff

This is normal, as it warms up the system, and IIRC indicated in the owner's manual.

To be fair, I think mine moans more when it’s hungry or tired. Think Land Rover must have took a different approach to Tesla with AI in cars 🤣

2019 Range Rover Vogue 2.0 PHEV Santorini Black

The behavior of phev is even more mesmerizing when cold - at start, it goes electric for a few seconds, as normal, then the petrol engine kicks in and continues at what seems to be 1000rpm for a few minutes... It makes me jump every time, especially when reversing!
