[Swap] Wheels & tyres: Style 15 swap

Having had my style 17s robbed, I’m after another set. Anyone want to swap? Preferably Style 17 but would consider 14 or 11.

Mine are good condition Style 15s. There are a few rubbing marks on them (not cut the paint). Tyres have around 4K miles on them and are Pirelli Scorpio Verdes - great tyres.

I'd be interested in buying yours, if you find a set that you're after for sale.

@coopss: Any chance your 19"'s are available? Do you have 5? Bish.

I do! Finally got the new ones on. In complete transparency I think 1 might be buckled - I had a vibration that was sorted with the new wheels. I’d want to check them checked / sorted before selling, or sell them with the buyer fully aware

Yes there are 5 - condition still as per pictures above. 1995 4.6 v8, green/tan (long gone)

Thanks guys.

Currently agonising over what to do with tyres - I think I want to start moving to a more aggressive tyre to do a bit of laning but that might be a couple of sets away - depends on the direction of the wind at the moment! Very Happy

so options are:

Set of L405 take offs from Duckworth - 255 x 55 R20 with scorpion verdes
New tyres on my existing rims with or without a refurb
Go down to 19" rims to get a more compliant sidewall and potentially more choice of tyres.

Really not sure at the moment. The reality is I doubt I will do enough off roading / green laning to warrant different tyres and I am not yet in the headspace to tolerate significant scratching or panel damage.

Decisions, decisions! Bish.

That's exactly the reason I bought my 19" as reserve for greenlaning and bad winters, turned out I never bothered.

It's just to much work to do it yourself and changing wheels at the local garage here will always leave you behind with scratched wheels, the French really don't care

I went from these 255/55/19 to 255/55/20 both with new Scorpion Verdes and no difference in ride as far as I can tell. Just need to watch the speedo with 55 profile on 20s as it reads bang on rather than the typical under reading 1995 4.6 v8, green/tan (long gone)
