Will be tackling this soon as the NSR shocker has been leaking for a while. MOT due in March so thought I'd better get replacements in. I know Bilstiens would have been the best thing, but I came over all 'Scottish' and bought a pair of these for £148 delivered from Germany. £10 discount available for registering.

Aerosus seem better known for air springs; so they should be able to make a half decent damper right? Time will tell?

Did mine recently, managed to get bilstiens at a good price, fairly straightforward. New dampers and new front drop links has transformed it...back to how it should be I suppose.

Cheers. UPS delivery today of just the 'one' shocker. Quality looks excellent, certainly better than Britpart which are similar in price. Just tracked the second shocker which will be delivered on Friday, having left Duesseldorf, Germany, on the 9th January. Not bad considering, Brexit. Global Pandemic etc.

Will get photos up when fitting and report back on the ride quality. I can feel the LHR skip a little when it catches a big dip or pothole so the difference should be noticeable and the originals aren't owe much at 135k.

Aplogies for late response. Yes worth doing. These were changed for the MOT. Original shocks I think, noticeable change for the better, car feels more settled, nice and predictable on bumpy back roads, just feels more planted. For the lower cost, if these last 3 years I'll be happy. No siezed nuts so easy replacement. VDS is fitted to some, it's some form of electronic damping adjustment I think. Those shocks have a piggyback valve unlike the standard which doesn't. Less to go wrong then...
