To my ear, that sounds like the timing chain guides and not the supercharger.

As JP points out - a simple test is to remove the supercharger belt and see if the noise disappears.

Despite everything, these engines really are superb but I would not consider one that had not had the timing chains guides replaced. I would also be very wary of any Land Rover dealer that told you these engines often make this kind of noise. If it were me, I would probably keep looking.
