Well my good old fatty has completely bamboozled me this time I have been chasing an airbag fault for about 18 months it was /is intermittent last hit we checked all the wiring and connectors in the complete circuit and found only one corroded connector so all cleaned up it worked for a week then moved the rear seats and bingo light back on. At the same time the heated seats on the front stopped working changed switch pack fault still there cant find anything wrong so gave up then after 5 days sitting unused went out and bingo airbag light gone and heated seats working so god knows what is going on cause I dont

This is a well know Range Rover phenomenon, if you leave it alone long enough it usually sorts itself out, don't worry, something else will fail soon...

Although, if the airbag stores a fault it should direct you to the part of the system that is faulty... Pete
