Garmin 66W Dash Cam with Parking Mode Cable

Hello All

I'm trying to install a Garmin 66W with the dedicated parking mode cable but need some assistance. I looked at the fuses that you can reach behind the lower glove box and spotted three unused slots that read 12v on my meter with the ignition off.

However, no matter what orientation I use the piggy back cables in either ACC or BATT, nothing happens and the unit remains off. I'm temporarily using a door bolt as my ground which works when using my meter. The unit turns on and charges in a 12v outlet but I want a clean install. Does anyone know the exact fuse location for ACC and BATT locations? Are these fuses/fuse boxes protected in any way like I've read for Porsche wiring?
