Most of us are very quick to criticise MD for poor service, so I thought I would give a shout out to our local MD, Roger Young.

Last week, I got home after work, wife said passengers door will not close properly.

Head torch on....it’s blumin dark at 6pm!

Initially the door refused to latch closed, then after a few minutes of pushing and prodding the door mechanism, it finally closed and I was able to lock it.

Called out LR assistance, (arrived in about 30 min Thumbs Up )....door now refused to open on the key or from inside the car Censored

I called Roger Young the next morning, and despite being initially told all service appointments were booked up till 11 Jan, I was called back a few hours later with an appointment on Friday (last week)

Dropped car off, faulty part diagnosed and new part ordered. Car was ready by 11am this morning.

My wife picked up our car which had been washed and disinfected, She said how impressed she was with the service from Roger Young hence this shout out.

getting service like that is always good to hear...  ... - .- -.
