They are bad for seizing. You could try taking the receiver out of the armature (may also be seized, bolt may be hard to release and removal of stem from armature may need big hammer), turning upside down and letting the releasing oil/WD40 trickle down. Good luck. Only Range Rovers since 1988 |

The receiver does indeed have a removable round plastic cap on the top, mine had a lot of overpaint on it so looked part of the
